Full Stack Developer

For developers who want to build futuristic AI-drone systems.

Onsite — RCOEM TBI, Nagpur 3-6 months, extendable Unpaid Certificate + LOR Apply by 04 December 2026

About this role

The software here is not a website with a database behind it. UTMS — unmanned traffic management — is the layer that keeps track of where drones are and whether they are allowed to be there. The delivery systems sit on top of it. Both mean state that changes in real time, and a wrong answer that matters more than a wrong answer usually does.

You will work across the stack: React on the front, Flask or FastAPI behind it, Postgres or Mongo underneath, deployed on cloud. Because the team is small, you will own features end to end rather than picking up tickets from someone else's design. That is the appeal and also the difficulty — nobody is going to hand you a specification.

You do not need to have every item in the stack list. Strong fundamentals and the ability to read unfamiliar code matter more; the rest is learnable in weeks.
