About this role

A drone company makes decisions constantly that are really data questions in disguise. Which components do we source, and from whom. Which segment is worth building for next. What a competitor shipping a new payload actually means for us. This role is the person who goes and finds out.

You will spend your time on market and competitor research, supply chain analysis, and turning both into reports the team can decide on. Expect a lot of Excel and a lot of asking why a number looks the way it does. You will also help on the HR side as the team grows, which means you see hiring from the inside early in your career.

This is a good fit if you like ambiguity. Most of what you are asked will not have a clean answer waiting somewhere — you will have to assemble it.
