Yu views nighttime delivery as the true blue ocean for the sector. Given the scarcity of human labor for loading and unloading at night, he insists on an end-to-end automated system featuring automated loading and handling. This necessity, he argues, compels a shift toward embodied intelligence.

On the topic of safety, Yu stressed that it is far more than just an algorithm’it is a highly complex system. He proposed that achieving safety requires meeting rigorous requirements across multiple dimensions: first, compliance must be standardized and regulated, with companies acting as disciplined "students" to master these norms; second, core technologies must be developed in-house through proprietary software and hardware; and finally, a robust fallback system’specifically, an operational monitoring network’is essential.
